abstract |
The present invention provides a quantum dot containing complex and a method of producing the same. The quantum dot containing complex according to an embodiment of the present invention includes inorganic particles including a thiol group (-SH) and at least one quantum dot bonded to the surface of the inorganic particles. In the quantum dot containing complex according to an embodiment of the present invention, the thermal stability and the light stability of the quantum dot can be improved by the chemical bonding between the quantum dot and the inorganic particle. |
