abstract The present invention is directed to a method of generating an antibody library that is not limited to a human naϊve antibody gene expression library, including a pool of nucleic acid sequences derived from natural antibody repertoires, including humoral immunity of a variety of healthy and genetically diverse human populations. More particularly, the method uses a combination of phage and / or yeast antibody surface display concepts that screen large antibody library sizes and allow for good folding of antibody structures. The present invention also relates to a human naive antibody library generated by using the process of the present invention, wherein a series of primers are used in the application (s) of the method and antibody library.
