Detection kit for agricultural microbial activity using metabolism accelerator |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a kit for detecting microorganism activity for agriculture, and more particularly, to a kit for detecting microorganism activity for agriculture, which comprises a chromogenic detection unit (200) in which a metabolic promoter involved in the production of a microbial secondary metabolite is loaded, The present invention relates to a kit for detecting microbial activity for agricultural use which can confirm the usefulness of an agricultural microorganism by promoting urea solubilization ability and insoluble phosphate solubilization ability and then using a coloring method capable of confirming the secondary metabolites. Thus, it is possible to intuitively confirm the agricultural usefulness activity of the microbial agent without the expert knowledge, by analyzing the microbial agent sample at the farm using the actual agricultural microorganism. |
