abstract |
The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting liver fibrosis. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method of inducing thioacetamide (TAA) of a miRNA-derived stem cell culture (mi-secretome) prepared by transforming adipose-derived stem cells with a microRNA having hepatic cirrhosis inhibitory activity - inhibition of liver fibrosis. The microRNA-inducing-adipose stem cell culture medium (mi-secretome) according to the present invention can effectively inhibit liver fibrosis by inhibiting the expression of fibrosis factors associated with hepatic fibrosis and increasing the expression of anti-fibrotic factors.
