titleOfInvention An Ultra-Sensitive Bio Sensor Using Tungsten Diselenides And A Sensing Method Using The Same
abstract The present invention relates to a high sensitivity biosensor using tungsten diselenide and a sensing method using the same. The present invention is characterized by detecting a photoluminescence due to an energy change occurring upon complementary binding between a probe DNA and a target DNA to be detected, comprising an active layer formed on a substrate and probe DNA formed on the active layer . According to the present invention, it is possible to realize a biosensor capable of high sensitivity biosensing using the photoluminescence property of a single layer WSe 2 which is a p-type semiconductor material.
