abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a drive circuit including a normally-on thin film transistor, which ensures a small malfunction and a reliable operation. The driving circuit includes an inverter circuit including a first transistor and a second transistor, and a static shift register including a switch including a third transistor. Each of the first to third transistors includes a semiconductor layer made of an oxide semiconductor, and is a depletion type transistor. The amplitude voltage of the clock signal for driving the third transistor is larger than the power supply voltage for driving the inverter circuit. |
