abstract |
The disclosure of which salts of amino-alkyl fumarate gilrol carbamate and polymorphs (e. G., Fumaric road-6-N - (trans-4-amino cyclohexyl) carbamate benzene sulfonate and fumarate road-6-N - ( Trans-4-aminocyclohexyl) carbamate hydroxynaphthoate). Polymorphs are characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry, and thermogravimetric analysis among other methods. Polymorphs and salts not only can be used as intermediates in the preparation of fumagillrol derivatives (such as polymer conjugated fumagillol derivatives), but can also be used as therapeutic agents for various diseases and conditions, such as cancer. |
