abstract |
The present invention provides PCSK9 antibodies, antigen-binding fragments thereof and medical applications thereof. The application of PCSK9 as a lipid lowering agent and a pharmaceutical composition comprising a chimeric antibody and a humanized antibody comprising a CDR of an antibody of PCSK9 and a PCSK9 antibody and an antigen-binding fragment thereof is provided herein. The present invention relates in particular to the application of humanized PCSK9 antibodies in the manufacture of medicaments for the treatment of PCSK9 induced diseases or conditions. |
