abstract The present invention relates to a novel Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain and a microorganism preparation for controlling the germplasm of Root Rot of Ginseng. More particularly, the present invention relates to a Bacillus amyloliquefaciens AK- 0 strain as an active ingredient. The present invention also relates to a microorganism preparation for controlling ginseng root rot disease. The antagonistic microorganism Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain AK-0 according to the present invention is effective in effectively inhibiting the growth of causative bacteria of root rot of ginseng and inhibiting the growth of the above pathogenic pathogens.
