The present invention relates to a novel Lactobacillus plantarum strain KCC-32 (KACC92135P) and a composition using the same, and more particularly to a novel lactobacillus plantarum strain KCC-32 (KACC92135P) A composition for inhibiting various lipogenesis is provided as a probiotic agent, and a microorganism additive for producing total barley silage is preferably provided. The plant silage produced by using the strain of the present invention can suppress unnecessary fat production of livestock, thereby improving the quality of livestock. In addition, the strain of the present invention inhibits the growth of harmful microorganisms in the silage and can be used as an effective composition for antimicrobial use. |
