abstract According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is an amide derivative compound, a stereoisomer thereof, a derivative, a solvate, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a use thereof. According to one aspect of the present invention, the amide derivative compound excellently increases expression of Sirt1, treats skin wounds due to activation of Sirt1, and inhibits skin aging, thereby being useful as a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting skin aging and skin wounds or ameliorating wrinkles. In addition, the amide derivative compound can also be useful to ameliorate skin wrinkles and inhibit aging owing to an increase in activation and secretion amount of Sirt1, an increase in secretion amount of procollagen type I, and a decrease in secretion amount of MMP-1 in skin fibroblasts induced by ultraviolet irradiation.
