The present invention relates to a method for producing functional rice wine rich in L-carnitine using fermented buckwheat and functional rice wine rich in L-carnitine produced by the method. According to the present invention, when makgeolli is prepared by using the fermented buckwheat, the content of L-carnitine as a functional ingredient is increased, and functional rice wine having antioxidant power and favorable taste can be produced. |
