UV-blocking cosmetic powder |
abstract |
The present invention relates to an ultraviolet barrier cosmetic composition which does not contain an ultraviolet scattering agent which causes cloudiness, is transparent from immediately after coating / spraying, has an excellent ultraviolet protective effect and a good feeling of use and is in contact with water or sweat It is an object of the present invention to provide an ultraviolet-shielding cosmetic material having innovative properties that are not conventionally improved in that the ultraviolet protective effect is not lowered and the effect is enhanced. (D) a silicone surfactant having an HLB of less than 8; (E) a silicone surfactant having an HLB value of less than 8; (C) a silicone oil- Resin powder and (F) a volatile silicone oil, wherein the ratio of [the total amount of the components (B) and (C)] / [the total amount of the nonvolatile liquid oil fractions other than silicone oil] is 0.04 or more and less than 0.68 Water-in-oil emulsion ultraviolet-blocking cosmetic material. The ultraviolet barrier cosmetic material of the present invention is particularly suitable for use by spraying with a spray or the like. |
