The present invention relates to a replicable retroviral vector system comprising a thymidine kinase (HSV-TK) and a cytosine deaminase (CD) gene that enables the delivery of a gene for efficient cancer therapy to cancer cell tissue. Specifically, the highly stable TK / CD duplicated retroviral vector system, which contains all of the HSV-TK and CD genes of the present invention and has no recombination during viral infection and does not lose the therapeutic gene, -FC can be used to induce the death of cancer cells, and the therapeutic gene and the prodrug thereof can be selectively applied to cancer that is resistant to cancer treatment using either TK or CD.
