The present invention relates to a method for producing a hydrolyzed silkworm enzyme hydrolyzate having enhanced antioxidant ability, a hydrolyzed silkworm enzyme hydrolyzate obtained therefrom, and a use thereof. The method for producing an enzymatic hydrolysis extract of a silkworm enzyme having enhanced antioxidant activity according to the present invention comprises a first step of producing a silkworm powder by drying silkworm, a step of adding water to the silkworm powder of the first step to suspend the silkworm powder, A second step of preparing a powder suspension in the eye by adding an acidic solution or a basic solution to the eye in which the pH is adjusted to a suitable level and a second step of adding a protein solution comprising at least one of pancreatin or protease to the silkworm suspension of the second step And a third step of obtaining an enzymatic hydrolysis extract of silkworm enzyme by hydrolyzing the enzyme by adding an enzyme to the hydrolyzate of the silkworm enzyme to enhance the antioxidative activity against application of other proteolytic enzymes.
