Wooden products with antimicrobial components |
abstract |
The processed wood product with antimicrobial composition of the present invention comprises: a) a processed wood product step; b) 0.01 to 50 parts by weight of an antibacterial polyphenolic compound derived from an antimicrobial component; c) drying the processed wood product after impregnating the processed wood product in step a with at least one contact of the antimicrobial solution of step b; d) mixing the persimmon extract with a diluent at a weight ratio of 1: 0.01 to 1: 9 to prepare a persimmon extract solution; e) impregnating the processed wood product from the step c) with the sensory-extract solution prepared in step d at least once, and then drying the processed wood product to thereby coat the sensory-extract product with the processed wood product . According to the above-mentioned technology, the antimicrobial component which is harmless to the human body and excellent in the sterilizing power against the bacteria is provided in the wood processed product, so that the processed wood product having the antibacterial ingredient can provide antibacterial effect such as inhibition of bacteria and odor suppression It provides the advantage of expecting economic profit. |
