titleOfInvention Encapsulating material by using h-BN as protective layer and preparing method thereof
abstract The present invention relates to an encapsulating material in which h-BN is laminated and a method for manufacturing the encapsulating material, and more particularly, to a material which is sensitive to water or air. And a protective layer formed by transferring at least three layers of hexagonal boron nitride (hereinafter referred to as 'h-BN') on the material. Among the substances sensitive to h-BN according to the present invention or substances sensitive to air, a laser is preferably used in a single layer of transition metal dichalcogenides (hereinafter, referred to as 'TMDs') in which three or more h- TMDs can be efficiently protected even if they are investigated. In addition, photodecomposition does not occur in the TMDs grain boundary region even when a droplet is dropped on the TMDs having three or more layers of h-BN transferred thereon, and thus the stability can be maintained even under rough conditions, which can be applied to various semiconductors and optoelectronic devices There is an advantage.
