The present invention relates to a method of generating an array with a linker and a linker. The present invention also relates to a method for identifying the structural elements of a molecule on an array that identify and bind to an agent that binds to various types of molecules on the array. The arrays and methods provided herein can be used for epitope identification, drug discovery and as an analytical tool. The present invention provides useful glycans and epitope determinants useful for the detection, diagnosis, recurrence monitoring and prevention of cancer. |
