titleOfInvention | UPSA-1 as a surface marker of undifferentiated dental pulp stem cells and a monoclonal antibody specific thereto |
abstract | The present invention relates to an undifferntiation-specific pulp stem cell surface antigen-1 (UPSA-1), which is a surface marker of undifferentiated stem cells. Specifically, the present invention relates to an undifferentiated stem cell pulp stem cells), a method for quantifying or separating undifferentiated stem cells using the composition, a method for inducing differentiation of undifferentiated stem cells, and an antibody specific for UPSA-1. The composition comprising the agent capable of detecting UPSA-1 of the present invention can be used not only to confirm the undifferentiated state of the stem cell, but also to separate the stem cell of the undifferentiated state. In addition, since the differentiation induction method of the present invention increases the bone differentiation and dentin differentiation efficiency of undifferentiated stem cells, it can be usefully used in the field of cell therapy or tissue engineering. |
