abstract The present invention relates to a culture medium for regulating T cell cultures derived from peripheral blood mononuclear cells and a method of culturing conditioned T cells using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a culture medium for culture of T cells, And the effect of promoting differentiation and mass proliferation of regulatory T cells in the composition was confirmed. In addition, it was confirmed that the regulated T cells proliferated by the method of the present invention can remarkably effectively inhibit the activity and proliferation of target immune cells. Accordingly, the present invention relates to a medium composition for afzelin-based culture and a method for culturing regulatory T cells using the same. Also, the peripheral blood mononuclear cell-regulated T cells cultured by the method according to the present invention can be used as a pharmaceutical composition highly effective in the treatment of autoimmune diseases. Further, the culture medium composition of the present invention can be used as such in the treatment of autoimmune diseases.
