Fusion protein and use thereof |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a chitinoguania virus antigen protein and a toll-like receptor 5 stimulating protein, and to a use thereof, wherein the chikungunya virus envelope antigen protein according to the present invention In the case of diagnosing whether or not the virus is infected by using a fusion protein comprising plasgel, which is an etol-like receptor 5 stimulating protein, the antibody can be effectively detected in the blood to increase the sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis of the virus. In addition, the fusion protein can exert a remarkable synergistic effect when the immunogen induction through the vaccine is performed, as compared with the case where the fusion protein is inoculated with the chickungenya virus antigen protein alone. |
