abstract | The present invention relates to a method for analyzing intergenic mice exposed to intermittent hypoxia. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for analyzing intergenic genes in mice, which comprises the steps of: (a) injecting a mouse into an animal test chamber in which hypoxic conditions similar to the flight environment can be formed; (b) forming an intermittently hypoxic condition in the chamber to expose the rat to an intermittent hypoxic environment; (c) obtaining RNA from liver of the rat exposed to said intermittent hypoxic environment; (d) measuring the expression of the gene using the RNA using an NGS device; And (e) obtaining a correlation between a gene, a protein signal system and metabolism from a change in expression of the gene, and a method for analyzing a gene in a mouse exposed to intermittent hypoxia. The present invention can provide a method for gene analysis between rats exposed to intermittent hypoxia which can obtain a correlation between genes, protein signal systems and metabolism from changes in gene expression in rats when exposed to an intermittent hypoxic environment. In addition, the present invention can provide a method of gene analysis between rats exposed to intermittent hypoxia which can be used as basic data on physical and genetic changes occurring in a flying environment and disease progressing through them. |
