abstract The present invention provides a variety of recombinant vectors that can be used to regulate the pathway associated with GABA production by introducing a variety of recombinant vectors into the Corynebacterium strain by enhancing the related genes or removing the corresponding genes in the branch pathway , Which comprises producing a strain of the genus Corynebacterium which has improved productivity of GABA as a result of interaction of related genes. According to the present invention, by providing a method for producing Corynebacterium sp. Strain having improved productivity of GABA, it is possible to confirm the pathway through gene identification related to the production of GABA and to further enhance the productivity, GABA is obtained, and it can be effectively used for development of health functional foods and synthesis of various polymers.
