abstract The present invention relates to an apparatus for breeding black cod using a circulation cooling system, which has a recirculating cooling device in order to breed the black cod as cold water fishes and maintains optimal environment for growth of the black cod through a breeding device, a breeding tank and a filtering device, and a breeding method thereof. The present invention relates to the apparatus for breeding black cod using a circulation cooling system, comprising: a breeding tank unit (100) for accommodating salt water (10) therein and having a plurality of tanks for enabling black cod fry to grow according to the size thereof; a circulation tank unit (200) connected to the breeding tank unit (100) to circulate the salt water (10) inside the breeding tank unit (100); a filtering tank unit (300) disposed to connect the breeding tank unit (100) to the circulation tank unit (200) and filtering the salt water (10) inside the breeding tank unit (100); and a cooler (400) disposed to connect the filtering tank unit (300) to the circulation tank unit (200) and lowering the temperature of the salt water (10) of the breeding tank unit (100).
