titleOfInvention | The method of Luminous Polyurethane Protection Cap For Riser Pipe and Drilling Pipe |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing a phosphorescent polyurethane cap for protection of a riser pipe and a drilling pipe of a petroleum drill rig reinforced with a phosphorescent pigment to a synthesized polyurethane, and a method for manufacturing a protective cap having enhanced practicality by using a phosphorescent pigment in a synthesized polyurethane . More specifically, two types of materials are used as an intermediate material of polyester type polyol and polyether type polyol through the reaction of isocyanate as a basic unit, and the polyols used for polyurethane synthesis are 1,4-butanediol, (HDI) and toluene diisocyanate (TDI) were used for the synthesis of polyurethane, and then poly (ethylene glycol) and diethylene glycol (poly ethylene glycol) were used in various molecular weights ranging from 1,000 to 3,500. We have developed a luminous polyurethane cap by applying optimal properties of urethane. |
