The present invention relates to bispecific antibody constructs comprising a first binding domain that binds human MSLN on the surface of a target cell and a second binding domain that binds human CD3 on the surface of the T cell. Additionally, the present invention provides a polynucleotide encoding an antibody construct, a vector comprising the polynucleotide, and a host cell transformed or transfected with the polynucleotide or vector. In addition, the invention provides a kit comprising a method of producing an antibody construct of the invention, a medical use of said antibody construct, and said antibody construct. |
