titleOfInvention CRISPR / CAS-related methods and compositions for improving transplantation
abstract There is disclosed herein a database scheme for use in the method as well as compositions and methods for increasing immunoconjugation of donor cells (e. G. HSC or T-cells) for transplantation in a donor subject . The methods and compositions described herein cause allele-specific modifications of one or more immunogenic genes (e. G., HLA genes) in a cell, thereby resulting in cells suitable for transplantation into a recipient subject.
