titleOfInvention | The Method of High-yield and High-purity Manufacturing of Allo-collagen Composition Extracted From Human origin |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing a human-derived allogeneic collagen extract composition, and more particularly, to a method for producing a human-derived allogeneic collagen extract composition which is superior in biocompatibility to heterogeneous collagen and which extracts allogeneic collagen which can be used for medical materials such as pain relief and tissue replenishment ≪ / RTI > The human-derived allogeneic collagen extract composition according to the present invention is superior in biocompatibility to heterogeneous collagen, and can produce collagen with high purity and high concentration. The collagen can be efficiently separated and extracted by extracting collagen from the noncellular allogenic dermis from which non-collagen substances are removed without directly extracting collagen from the skin tissue. In addition, non-collagen substances such as cytoplasm, DNA, and fat can be excluded from the extraction process, and high purity and high concentration of collagen can be purified. Through the lyophilization process, it is possible to produce high purity and high concentration homogeneous collagen compositions and to manufacture various formulations. |
