abstract The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of cosmetics for regenerating skin, which can effectively remove dead skin cells by minimizing pain caused by irritation such as allergy or erythema and by improving skin regenerative power. The manufacturing method comprises: an extracting step of acquiring a low purity material containing a vegetable microsphere from the leaf of yucca which belongs to monocotyledon Liliales Agavaceae by using an organic solvent; a refining step of acquiring a high purity microsphere from the low purity microsphere extract through re-extraction and refinement using an organic solvent; an encapsulating step of covering the microsphere in a particle shape with a prescribed cell culturing solution having skin affinity; a filtering step of ultra-finely filtering the microsphere which has not made a combination with the cell culturing solution in the encapsulating step; and a mixing step of containing the encapsulated microsphere, purified water, a skin moisturizer, further containing at least one among an acidity adjustor, a solvent, and an antioxidant, and mixing the same at a predetermined temperature.
