titleOfInvention | Method for enhancing detoxification activity of laccase using secondary biomass substrate |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for enhancing the detoxification activity of a lacase by adding a small amount of a secondary biomass substrate containing a natural mediator such as p-coumaric acid in a biodegradation process of biomass using a lacase, Simultaneous pretreatment and saccharification processes (SPS). According to the present invention, by adding a small amount of a low-cost secondary biomass substrate, the detoxification of the lacase, which removes toxic substances that may be generated in the decomposition of the biomass, by a natural mediator contained in the secondary substrate The secondary substrate used is low in environmental toxicity and therefore does not require any additional cleaning steps and is used as it is without purification. Therefore, it is economical, environmentally friendly, low cost, and environmentally friendly, and simultaneously pretreatment and saccharification SPS) process, it is possible to produce the saccharide from the biomass with excellent saccharification yield quickly, economically and environmentally. |
