The present invention relates to an uncooked seasoning composition containing dry fish, which comprises a dried fish and a sulfur mushroom kochujang. The sulfur mushroom kochujang contains 5 to 30 parts by weight of a sulfur mushroom powder, 0.5 to 30 parts by weight of a crude mushroom powder, 15 parts by weight and soy sauce 0.5-10 parts by weight, the salt concentration is low, and the texture and the taste are excellent. |
