The present invention relates to a gold nanowire self-assembly having a directionality and an anisotropic double metal nanorod cluster-polymer hybrid nanostructure using the same, that is, a double metal nanoparticle segment comprising a directional metal nanorod cluster and an asymmetric Janus nanostructures, a method for producing the same, and a surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) -based target substance detection method using the same. Asymmetric Janus nanostructures comprising the double metal nanoparticle compartments and the polymer compartments comprising the directional metal nanorod clusters according to the present invention comprise directionally assembled double metal nanorod clusters, (SERS) signal measurement. |
