abstract | TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method for producing a functional pomegranate tea. A method for preparing a functional soft pine tea according to the present invention comprises the steps of: a) collecting and repairing a pine tree, removing the core of the pine tree, removing wick inside the pine, washing with water and naturally drying at room temperature to remove moisture; b) treating the dried poultry by steam method for 50 to 70 minutes; c) frying the steamed poultry meat at a temperature of 260 to 300 ° C for 10 to 30 minutes in a preheated steamer; d) grinding the roasted soft meat through a grinder; and e) cooling and storing the ground poultry meat in a freezer after storing the poultry meat in a container. |
