The present invention relates to a medical instrument coating composition for inducing the capture and proliferation of late endothelial progenitor cells and to a medical instrument using the same, wherein the medical instrument coating composition comprises a treatment-effective amount of one or more kinds of antibodies, or fragments thereof, reacting with HIP. The coating composition is capable of preventing the restenosis of and promoting the reendothelialization of blood vessels. |
