titleOfInvention Manufacturing method for fabric having anti-bacterial function
abstract It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing a fiber having an antibacterial function for effectively dyeing propolis, which is a natural substance having excellent antimicrobial activity, deodorizing property and skin soothing effect. To this end, a method for producing a fiber having an antibacterial function according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: a step of preparing a dye by adding propolis powder to boiling water; A dipping step of dipping the fiber as a sample into the dye maintaining a predetermined temperature; A first washing step of rinsing the fibers with water; Producing a flour having a mordant amount corresponding to 0.5 to 5% by weight of the fiber and having a total weight of 15 to 20 times the fiber weight; A mordanting step in which the fibers are put into the salt solution and mulled; A second washing step of rinsing the fibers having been subjected to the mordanting step in water, and a natural drying step of drying at a normal temperature. As a result, it is possible to efficiently dye the propolis having antimicrobial activity, deodorizing property and skin soothing effect to the skin that touches the skin of a person, and to prevent skin diseases such as atopy.
