abstract |
The present invention discloses a composition for inhibiting C-type beta-lactamase comprising purin ribonucleoside monophosphate or a derivative thereof or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The composition according to the present invention can be used in combination with a beta-lactam antibiotic to solve the antibiotic resistance problem of bacteria producing C-type lactamase, and thus can be useful for the treatment of infections caused by the bacteria. |
