titleOfInvention Microetching agent of copper and method of manufacturing wiring board
abstract A difference in the shape of roughening due to the difference in crystallinity of copper is small and a microetching agent capable of forming a harmonic shape having excellent adhesion with resin or the like to both electrolytic copper and rolled copper and a microetching agent A method of manufacturing a wiring board having a process of roughening a copper surface is provided. The copper micro-etchant of the present invention is an acidic aqueous solution containing inorganic acid, cupric ion source, halide ion source and polymer. The polymer has a functional group containing a nitrogen atom. The microetching agent preferably contains a sulfuric acid ion source.
