abstract |
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a composition for reducing nephrotoxicity comprising an exciplex steroid derivative compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. The composition according to one aspect of the present invention exhibits an effect of protecting the kidney or kidney cells from the kidney toxic inducer, thereby enhancing the survival rate of kidney cells which can be reduced by the kidney toxicity inducer. Accordingly, the composition according to one aspect of the present invention has an effect of preventing or treating renal disease by reducing nephrotoxicity. |
