A fuel cell electrode material having a substantially uniform size of about 500 nm to 5 mm, comprising a plurality of pores having a degree of dispersion of < 20% and a porosity of about 40 to 85% is disclosed herein. Such a fuel cell electrode material can be used in a catalyst layer, a gas fusion layer, or a water treatment layer in a fuel cell apparatus. A fuel cell apparatus comprising such a micro-array porous fuel cell electrode material with a different design, and a method of manufacturing such a micro-array porous fuel cell electrode material are also disclosed herein. |
