abstract The present invention relates to an antimicrobial composition for controlling bacterial blight disease, which comprises a Bacillus subtilis culture solution extract. According to the present invention as described above, there is an effect of preventing and treating the blight of rice blast fungus by inhibiting the growth of the causative microorganism of rice blast. In addition, there is an effect that can be used as a natural biological pesticide that replaces chemical fertilizers and pesticides conventionally used. By using the antimicrobial composition for controlling bacterial blight disease in a biological control, it is possible to provide a method for controlling bacterial diseases of plants such as blight of blight of rice blast, rice sheath blight blight and root rot disease. In addition, the composition for controlling bacterial blight disease, which comprises the Bacillus subtilis culture solution extract, can be used as a composition for promoting plant growth.
