The present invention relates to a silicon-based photoelectrochemical cell containing a 3-jn-Si / ITO / CoPi photocathode and a silicon nanowire (H-SiNW) photocathode and a method for regenerating cofactors using the same. Based photovoltaic cells can be used as a platform to synthesize high value added compounds by using materials that are abundant in nature and sustainable energy sources. |
