More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for detecting a SNP marker (SNP marker) according to the SNP genotype of a Korean cattle using PCR-RFLP technique using a specific SNP present in the gene of L-C515676 (keratin-associated protein 10-6) . Among these, individuals with AA genotypes are diagnosed as individuals with genetic superiority values superior to individuals with AG and CC genotypes. |
