A coating agent capable of forming a laminate having excellent self-repellency and antifouling properties by coating on the surface of a base material (for example, thermoplastic polyurethane) and curing is provided. The coating agent of the present invention comprises a urethane (meth) acrylate resin (a), a fluorine compound (b) and a photopolymerization initiator (d). The urethane (meth) acrylate resin (a) has a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 10,000 to 800,000. The fluorine-based compound (b) has at least two polymerizable functional groups. The surface layer formed by the coating agent is excellent in the self-repairing property of scratches, antifouling property, extensibility and the like. |
