According to the present invention, a solid emulsion bead prepared by dropping a liquid emulsion containing a lipid substance or gel-forming substance which is solid at room temperature as a fixing component on a continuous phase of emulsion and titanium dioxide as a whitening ingredient immediately into a freezing refrigerant A whitening cosmetic composition and a method for producing the same are provided. The titanium dioxide contained in the solid emulsion beads according to the present invention is contained in the fixed continuous phase, so that flocculation and migration are prevented, so that the stability of the emulsion and the long-term storage property are not deteriorated. In addition, the whitening cosmetic composition according to the present invention can be produced in any emulsion form such as cream, lotion and the like, and the above-described immobilizing components can further improve the dispersibility and skin feel of titanium dioxide. |
