The present invention relates to a method for preparing a freeze-dried powder using a tofu pure product and a use thereof. More specifically, the method comprises the steps of adjusting the pH of the tofu purified water, removing the odor of the tofu pure water using activated carbon, removing the pigment, and lyophilizing the two tofu powder. The present invention can be applied to a food broth, a root composition, a fermentation medium composition, a feed composition, and the like. |
