titleOfInvention | Apparatus for analysis of human body fluid, bio sensor and bio sensor manufacturing method |
abstract | The present invention relates to a bodily fluid analysis device capable of easily and simply analyzing a bodily fluid such as blood, urina, saliva, and the like; a biosensor used for the device; and a method of manufacturing a biosensor. The bodily fluid analysis device comprises: a capillary tube (11) which is formed in a thin and long tube, and includes a detection antibody on an inner periphery thereof, wherein the detection antibody is formed by labelling a chromogenic enzyme onto an antibody to be subjected to an immune reaction with a target antigen present in a bodily fluid drawn into the capillary tube by a capillary phenomenon; and a main body (100) which seals an end portion of the capillary tube (11) inserted therein by using a sealing connector (160), includes a syringe (170) configured to communicate with the capillary tube (11) while being filled with a washing solution mixed with a substrate capable of developing a color in an enzyme, injects the washing solution of the syringe (170) into the capillary tube (11) by using an externally exposed knob (180) to perform washing and develop the color at the same time, and detects a degree of color development by using a sensor (150). |
