abstract |
This disclosure discloses methods, kits, and compositions that are capable of rapidly detecting the presence of miRNAs in LAMP-based samples. The method according to the present invention comprises cloning the miRNA to be detected into plasmid and using it in a LAMP reaction with the sample, substituting one of the potential miRNAs present in the sample with one of the acceleration primers, The reaction proceeds more rapidly and the presence of a specific miRNA can be detected quickly and easily. |
