titleOfInvention Selective catalytic reduction system of low pressure and control method thereof
abstract The present invention relates to an LP SCR system in which an SCR reactor is installed downstream of a turbocharger (T / C) and a control method thereof. For this purpose, the present invention relates to an SCR reactor; An exhaust gas receiver for receiving exhaust gas discharged from an engine and supplying the exhaust gas to a turbocharger (T / C); An exhaust line for leading the exhaust gas passing through the T / C to the SCR reactor; A bypass line bypassing the exhaust gas flowing through the T / C without passing through the SCR reactor and discharging the bypass line; A urea decomposition device which heats the incoming exhaust gas and sends it to the SCR reactor side; A first EGB (Exhaust Gas Bypass) line for bypassing a part of the exhaust gas of the exhaust gas receiver without passing through the T / C and leading to the urea decomposition device; And a third EGR line connected between the first EGR line and the exhaust line, wherein the regeneration amount of the bypass line is adjusted to control the flow rate of the exhaust gas supplied to the urea decomposition device via the third EGR line . Accordingly, the present invention can increase the performance of the SCR catalyst and prolong the life of the SCR catalyst by removing the ABS stuck to the SCR catalyst by vaporizing the ABS by raising the temperature in the SCR reactor to a temperature at which ABS can be removed.
