And it is an object of the present invention to provide a pack substrate in a sheet state which can obtain a higher cosmetic effect as well as obtain high psychological satisfaction. The nanofiber layer 20 has a nanofiber layer 20 composed of nanofibers 22 and gold 24 is deposited on the nanofiber layer 20. The nanofiber layer 20 is formed on one surface of the sheet of stiffener layer 10 and the gold 24 is coated on the surface of the nanofiber 22. The thickness of the gold 24 is preferably in the range of 1 nm to 100 nm, and the nanofiber 22 is preferably made of a hydrophilic polymer. |
