In particular, the present invention relates to a compound of formula I, or an isomer, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate or prodrug thereof, to a process for their preparation and to the use of these compounds or compositions for the treatment of cancer, proliferative diseases or inflammatory diseases It provides usages. The compounds of the present invention have good inhibitory activity and high selectivity in PI3Kδ. They are expected to be therapeutic agents for cancer, proliferative diseases or inflammatory diseases.
